About Us
OUR MISSION
Birthed in May 2004, WAIT Training Ministries is designed to minister to the emotional, spiritual, and holistic development of single women. WAIT Training seeks to empower unmarried women to know their identity in Jesus Christ, to fully live out their Kingdom purpose and destiny as daughters of the King, and to prepare them for a kingdom marriage and a kingdom family. Waiting time as single women is not wasted time! Therefore, WAIT Training ministries will teach and equip single women to discover their purpose, cultivate healthy self-esteem, learn how to Willingly Accept Immanuel’s Timing as it pertains to God-honoring relationships, love, sex, and marriage. It is worth waiting on God’s BEST!
OUR VISION
WAIT Training will teach young women how to cultivate a deep and intimate relationship with Jesus Christ, the Bridegroom. Young women will understand that true purpose, value, and identity are found in Jesus alone, and not in marital status. Through discipleship/mentorship programs, workshops, and conferences tailored to single women, WAIT Training will empower all single women to maximize this season of life for the glory of God while walking fully in their Kingdom assignments. WAIT Training aspires to raise a generation of single women who are joyfully willing to accept the Lord’s best for their lives as they pursue purity in a sex-saturated society. Purity pays off! WAIT Training will be an instrument in the 21st century to restore the beauty and significance of purity prior to entering the covenant of marriage.

Meet The Founder
Born in Port au Prince, Haiti and raised in the United States, Larissa is passionate about encouraging, equipping, and empowering young girls and single women on how to make the most of their waiting time for God's glory. Although the gift of marriage is something many young women dream about from childhood, often times the waiting season can last longer than most young women expected. Therefore, a young woman’s waiting time is not wasted time. It is a season of active and intentional preparation. Larissa's heart is to see young women see their value, recognize their worth, and understand that their identity is found in Jesus Christ, and not in their marital status. Her heart's desire is to see God's daughters prepare well during their waiting season and walk boldly in their purpose and Kingdom assignments.
Larissa is a licensed educator, a speaker, a published author, and a minister of the Gospel. As one of the pastors at her home church, Nations 360 Church, she loves to teach and preach God’s Word, edify the Body of Christ, and pour into the young women and girls entrusted to her care. She currently resides in Lawrenceville, Georgia.
